What's been happening in Room 26...

Over the last few weeks we have been doing some exciting things in our class. Some of those things include working with our Buddy Class. We recently had a fun afternoon with our little buddies creating code to make our Bee Bots move around. We also teamed up with other groups to get our Bee Bots to dance together. Mr Meachem joined in with our technology afternoon and created a secret code for us to use. We had to enter the code into the Bee Bots then they raced against each other. It was so much fun! As part of the celebrations we took part in a parade to show off our wonderful traditional costumes from around the globe or our orange outfits. Orange is the colour chosen to represent Harmony Week. Design a Planet As part of Science this term we have integrated it with design and technology to help support the learning of our students. Part of our program consists of researching, designing and creating our very own planet. We will be constructing these planets next Thursday (4 th April). It would be very helpful if you could help us with some recycled resources you may have laying around the house.
